As soon as your package arrives, we recommend that you:

  • Examine the contents for any physical faults or shipping damage.
  • Verify that you received the correct products
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 business days after delivery to get a replacement.
  • If you are not happy, please follow the packaging procedures outlined below.

Packaging Your Return

    • things must be returned within 15 days in their original condition; things that have been cleaned, worn, or used will not be accepted.
    • Please include your invoice or a letter with your name, address, and order ID number with the return.

    When your item is returned and deemed to be in its original condition, you will receive a refund in the same mode of payment that was used to place the order. If you prefer a different item or size, you will need to place a new order.
